Listen up; the time has come for all mankind to step up to the plate. Wed night we had 40+ people online looking to raid. Plain and simple there are some good players who are going to have to sit from time to time. There are some other people that slip through the cracks: that’s should make it in but don’t. If you feel you are one of these people let us know and be patient and we will get it taken care of.

For other not getting an invite to raids there may be a reason to it. Our progression has slowed in ICC 25. There are strict dps requirements that need to be met to get further for us. If you are not doing ATLEAST 4.5 to 5k (it should be even higher than that) dps on a target dummy unbuffed, then don’t expect to get an invite to the raid. We have plenty of geared players to clear ICC, but people need to be playing better and maximize their output.

If you can’t do the dps required, there are lots of things you can do. You can get over a 5k gearscore just by doing heroics. The internet is amazing, look up what specs are best for you and what spell rotations you should be using. Use the armory to look up other players of your class and see what they are geared and spec for. Pug other raids, ToC 10, VoA and even Uld if you need to. We can’t continue to bring low dps and healers to raids. To many people work hard to make there schedules work to be there on raid days to have some people not pulling their weight!

If you are getting left out and you’re improving yourself, let an officer know. Link your meters from a target dummy to someone to let us see your improvements and we will work you back into the raids.

We have plenty of people on looking to raid, if people continue to not perform well, we will kindly ask you to step out of the raid so we can bring someone in who can to the required task.

Please no one take offense to this post, but things do need to get better. Being as we only raid 25 mans 1 night a week, we need to have 100% from everyone to maximize our time in there.

Conscripts is not a hardcore guild. Nor will it become one. But, we will not sit around and wait for people either. Step up to the plate and lets all make sure that Cons is a successful raiding guild.

Guys who are below 6k dps (on boss fights, not overall), SHOW UP for 10 man raids so you can get gear and make yourself better. There is no reason why we cant have 3 groups of ICC10. If its not a good time, find/make some friends and run it on a different time/day every week. We have plenty of folks in Cons to run at least 50% and pug the rest. Hell a scrub group should at least be able to get to Putricide.

As Speed said the internet is a powerful thing. Google moth#@$@$er, keep up (Turtle, from Entourage). I recommend you Google Elitist Jerks. There are forums there with great info about each class.

Also, SHOW UP to non-progression raids every week. Get gear, practice your rotations, hone your skills. There is no better way to show the officers that you have what it takes than to show up and show them. If you consistently show up for non-progression content we know you will be a consistent raider in progression content. Being good and reliable means you get a spot, kapiesh?

There are people here to help. But YOU have to take initiative yourself and ask. Anyone Core Raider status and up can at least tell you how to play their class or (if you are a different class) direct you to someone who can. Step up or don't show up!

Been doing a lot of overtime the last month. I'm finally able to make some time to raid. Mage spots are hard to come by as of late so I can understand not being able to run with you guys. Holla if you ever need a mage.
